STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1)  Go to http://web.mit.edu
2)  Hit alt-f, scroll down to "Print Preview" with keyboard, hit enter

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Can't scroll preview, can't access any of the controls, can't exit preview
without using mouse.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Keyboard works.  Tabbing works.

NOTE:  Clicking in content area fixes things.
