This is a tracking bug for the v5 release of SHIELD. v5 is going to be a small set of bugfixes for issues we found while deploying the site. We're aiming to release sometime the week of May 2nd, 2015.

Sometimes you need to do a release earlier than you expected, and that release steals the tag name that you thought another release was going to have.

In other words, this isn't going to be the v5 tagged release. But it's still a release we're aiming to do.
