Details

When "visible notifications" is pressed in push quota demo, messages are not displayed. It is reproducible in Android devices, not in desktop. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Using Android device with latest nightly go to: https://serviceworke.rs/push-quota_demo.html 2.Set "Number of notifications to send" to 5 3.Tap "Visible notifications" button 4.Verify notifications appear one after the other in the notification bar Actual Result: Notifications do not appear Expected Result: Notifications should appear one after the other in the notification bar when "visible notifications" button is pressed.

The visible notifications now update (sometimes). This also effects the invisible notifications which now works sometimes (before it was working all the time).

I'm not able to repro this on Nexus 6p with Nightly. Does this happen on all devices?
