The Firefox OS TV Simulator has the same add-on name as the Firefox OS Simulator, which makes them difficult to distinguish within about:addons.
If you look at add-on details in about:support, you can see they have different provider IDs, however.

I think we could just remove the TV version since no one is maintaining it. :(
