User Story

When displaying a bug in a component which uses the triage field, the the priority field description should reflect the triage outcomes, so that a person reading the bug or making triage decisions can understand what the priorities mean.
Instead of displaying P1 - P5 in the field and dropdown, display:

P1 — Fix This Release
P2 — Fix Next Release
P3 — Feature
P4 — Backlog
P5 — Will Accept Patch

if the bug is in a component that uses the triage field.
