Details

Mozilla only offers two options to a previous user of Netscape. Either import your old profile, or quit. Why force someone to use their old profile, especially if it happens not to be theirs--just a copy left on the computer.

Mozilla allows users to 'convert' an old profile or 'manage' profiles which in 
turn allows the user to create a new profile.  Quit is not an option at this 
stage.
