Cloudflare's blog post on HTTP/2 Push highlighted that netmonitor appears to display HTTP/2 Push requests as if they were fulfilled from cache. Namely: 1. Status icon is a gray circle 2. No timeline is shown Push requests are not cache hits. They have status codes; they are loaded over the network and that does take some time. So there is information being thrown away here. We should have the status icon in netmonitor actually correspond to the code provided in the push response, and show the actual timeline of the push request. https://blog.cloudflare.com/announcing-support-for-http-2-server-push-2/
