A test window appears in my Windows taskbar during startup after a Nightly update since bug 1178823 (confirmed via mozregression). The taskbar entry sticks around for about .5 seconds and then closes itself. During this time, a second taskbar entry for the real Firefox appears too.

This is very confusing, as I often wonder why I have two taskbar entries appearing when I previously only had one Firefox window open.

Talking with mchang on IRC, this will appear for all updates of Firefox including release, beta, and aurora.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: We already know that our users suffer from update fatigue. We shouldn't be showing random testing windows upon updates.
