I'm seeing similar behavior with nightly build 2002022309 (as well as some previous builds) on Mac OS X, 10.1.3. If you open the Bookmark Manager, the context menus for the first several (I'm seeing the problem with the first four) bookmarks in the Personal Toolbar Folder change to include only ``Open'', ``Open in New Window'', and ``Copy'' in both the Bookmark Manager and the Personal Toolbar on a browser window. Folders appear to be unaffected. I tried moving a working bookmark (also in the PTF) up above some folders I have in the PT, and found that the contextual menu for that bookmark and those below had ``Open'', ``Open in New Window'', `New Folder'', ``Copy'', and ``Paste'' in black, with all other options displayed but greyed out. Moving the bookmark I'd moved back to where it was seemed to restore the previous broken state -- with the three-option menus for the first four bookmarks. My PTF contains bookmarks for Google, Macintouch, Slashdot, Blais (blais.claremont.edu), and Kernel-Cousin Debian (kt.zork.net/debian/latest.html), followed by a folder of assorted blogs, a folder of JavaScript bookmarklets, a divider, a bookmark to a site on another machine on our home network, a bookmark to CTAN's search page, and a bookmark to a USPS tracking number. The issues in the Bookmark Manager also involve the Properties, Rename, and Delete buttons (which don't appear to do anything). Choosing Properties from the File menu (or pressing Cmd-I) also doesn't work.

I can confirm this bug (or something similar) with 0.9.9 (win xp). However there's something more worrying going on: I rightclick on a toolbar item (e.g. "latest builds"), select delete and see the first item in the bookmarks sidebar being deleted. I'm a bit hesitant whether to report this as a new bug since it seems to be related to this one. Also right clicking and deleting on other bookmarks in my sidebar sometimes has the result of the wrong item being deleted. I've now deleted over half of my bookmarks rightclicking on the "latest builds" item. It seems to simply delete the item in the bookmarks list at the position that was last deleted. I.e. I delete something in the sidebar with a right click -delete and than try to delete the latest build item in the toolbar and see items in my bookmark list disappear
