The Firefox Account profile picture is oversized in some themes like Lava.

I might be wrong but I think it shouldn't fall under our responsibility to support custom themes.

The image is served with that larger size, so the problem is that we are basically forcing every theme author to specify an explicit size here even when they don't actually want to change the size. I wonder if we could consider making the size "content css" (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/CSS_Tips#Content_or_Theme_CSS) - IIUC that might force them to use !important if they *did* want to change it, but that might still be an improvement.
