126876 - Layout is horked after first visiting another site

Probably a dupe, but I can't find a matching bug.

To reproduce: Visit www.voodooextreme.com first, then go straight to
www.mozillazine.org/build_comments.

Result: Mozillazine build comments are squeezed to the left side of the page, as
if they were constrained by one of the columns in VoodooExtreme.  Reloading
fixes the problem.

Expected: Mozillazine build comments displays properly.

I've been seeing this on and off for a few weeks now, so I'm not sure when it
started.  Just reproduced it with build 2002022003, Win98 and build 2002020803
on Win2000.

Correction: you need to have http://www.mozillazine.org/build_comments/ in your
location bar dropdown list already, and you must visit the site by using the
mouse to clicking the down-arrow on the location bar and choosing
http://www.mozillazine.org/build_comments/ to make this bug happen.  Typing it
into the location bar or choosing it from bookmarks doesn't seem to trigger the bug.

I don't understand why choosing a site from the location bar should provide
different results, but this makes me think it might not be a Layout issue. 
Maybe Networking?
