The release notes for 48.0a2 were created, but were not published in the nucleus admin. I checked the "is public" box in the nucleus admin for both the desktop and android releases, and verified that https://bedrock-prod-deis.eu-west.moz.works/en-US/firefox/48.0a2/releasenotes/ and https://bedrock-prod-deis.eu-west.moz.works/en-US/firefox/android/48.0a2/releasenotes/ are now working.
