I got a report on IRC that migrating bookmarks from IE got much slower from ESR 38 to ESR 45, may be worth investigating.
Depends on: 1107364
no point in keeping this open, and Gijs did testing and profiling with the new insertTree API.
We should be fine, if we are not, we need a new profile on current code, since it changed quite a bit.
