User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Build ID: 20160425114621 Steps to reproduce: 1. Apply the GTK3 version of the Breeze widget style (The default in KDE 5) 2. Open a page in Firefox with scrollbars such as the preference page, resize the window if needed Actual results: The trough is rendered as if the arrows are not there. Horizontal scrollbars are also affected. Screenshot attached for comparing to a native GTK3 application with overlay scrollbars disabled. Expected results: The troughs are rendered with the right length.

Thanks. Looks like breeze-gtk is setting trough-under-steppers to false. GTK supported that before version 3.20.
