Mozilla build 2002022003 on Windows XP Pro. When the mouse cursor is over an empty area (also experienced this over some images) the page does not scroll when using the mousewheel. Reproduce: 1) Go to www.mozilla.org or any other page 2) Choose Print Preview 3) Position the mouse cursor over a blank area of the preview 4) rotate the mousewheel Expected: Print Preview page scrolls Actual: Page does not scroll Mousewheel works correctly when cursor is over text.
