Script errors in chrome scripts need to fail mochitests

If a script error occurs in a mochitest (at least an uncaught exception), it causes the test to fail. This is important for catching typos, and probably other bugs. I was just porting a chrome mochitest to plain to work with e10s (bug 1269209), and when moving some code to a chrome script, I misspelled a method name. The test still passed, it just logged the script error to the console (which I noticed, happily). The test should have failed, just like if the code were running in the test proper.
