1269920 - Clicking notification when firefox is inactive fails to open target URL

1) Launch FF Nightly on Android
2) Access https://people.mozilla.org/~ewong2/push-notification-test
3) Press [pop Notification] button
4) Press Devices' Home key - Firefox is removed from the screen
5) Access Recent Apps and close Firefox
6) Swipe to display the notifications
7) Press to open the notification
Observe: Firefox is accurately reopened, however the mozilla.org.... page fails to be the default tab

I think this is just a dupe of bug 1264815 but let's wait for that to be fixed to verify here.

Actually the notification here is non-persistent. Our current plan is remove them from the notification center on Gecko death automatically (See Bug 1264797).

We did not encounter this issue lately on Fenix builds. We are constantly verifying push notifications, and other notifications, and we didn't have any issues opening them.
I'll close this ticket as WORKSFORME.
