* Spinner starts for video, no playback
* viewing the video directly reports that the file is corrupt http://codropspz.tympanus.netdna-cdn.com/codrops/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/distortion-sine-anim.mp4
* I believe that Chrome can playback the file

Expected results:
* video is decoded

I tried watching the "Notice though that the distortion is being applied to the entire image" video (about half-way down the page) on Windows 10 and OS X. I can't play the video in Firefox, Chrome, or IE11. However, I can play it in Edge!

This is MPEG4 (Advanced Simple Profile) which is not supported.
