1270105 - Tooltool permissions to [e-mail]

Description

[Mike Ratcliffe [:miker] [:mratcliffe] [:mikeratcliffe]]

Please give the following tooltool permissions to [e-mail]:
- tooltool.upload.internal
- tooltool.download.internal

They are apparently associated with the vpn_tooltooleditor LDAP group.

Sure, but as you can see: tooltool.upload.internal and tooltool.download.internal are not available. I am told that this is because I am not in the vpn_tooltooleditor LDAP group.

coop, do we just add vpn permissions for this group to anyone who asks?  Looking at the list it currently seems to be releng, ateam and sheriffs

Mike: to ask the unasked question, what's the access actually for? 

If you need to upload a single item, someone from releng could do that for you. If you're going to need to upload stuff all the time, then maybe we should get you this access.

Our eslint job has been demoted from tier 1 to tier 2 because it hits the network too much and is dependent on external infrastructure (bug 1265082). We need tooltool in order create a node_modules archive, hence me requesting access.

For obvious reasons we don't want to ship with a populated node modules folder (our devs can use npm install for that) but when e.g. running an eslint task we don't want to hit the network every time.

Every time we update our node packages we will need to add a new archive (maybe a couple of times a month).

Yes, Mike needs this permission.  Tooltool upload permissions are limited to "those who need them", which is mostly sheriffs and ateam.
