But not everything is.  Those might or might not be managed by your puppet - so I don't know if that's on us to update the "usual way" or something else.

As discussed via IRC, all of the releng linux vm hosts under releng puppet have been updated.  The rest of the hosts are either windows or under IT puppet.  The ones under IT puppet should have also been updated.  :cknowles will check soon and r/f this bug if all hosts have been updated.

The windows hosts are also still out dated but according to :cknowles it is not urgent to update them.  I suggested filing a separate bug for the releng windows hosts if it becomes urgent in the future.  Then one of the relops windows people can update it via gpo.
