1270500 - Missing Retina icons on Applications Page in preferences

If you go to preferences->applications, the icons for save file, always ask and the default application icon have not been converted to Retina.

The icons are:

So these appear blurry in the dropdown.

That last one was supposed to be alwaysAsk.png
