Mass change "Future" target milestone to "--" on bugs that now are assigned to
nobody. Those targets reflected the prioritization of past PSM management.
Many of these should be marked invalid or wontfix, I think.

I think this is long fixed (am currently running 31.7.0). A certificate with this extension displays "Netscape Certificate Comment" in the certificate viewer, and the contents of the extension are displayed as readable text in the "Field Value" pane.

https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/annotate/4a2337e621f1/security/manager/locales/en-US/chrome/pipnss/pipnss.properties#l111 tells me that support was present since at least March 2007.

However, support was subsequently removed in Bug 1018018 for Firefox 32 and above.
Mozilla has been trying to get rid of support for Netscape proprietary stuff like the Netscape Server Gated Crypto EKU as well, so it seems unlikely that support for other such extensions would be added back unless absolutely necessary.
