STR:
  1. Log into one site that uses Okta authentication, like Gmail.
  2. On the second-factor authentication screen, select "Remember device".
  3. Log into another site that uses Okta authentication with
     the same credentials (LDAP), like Yammer.

Expected results:
  The "remember device" applies to the other site too, and I don't
  have to perform second-factor authentication again for the other
  site.

Actual results:
  I still have to perform second-factor authentication for the
  other site. This is incredibly annoying.
