The 'back row' should have the following layout:

(mirrored, arrow pointing right)

The device name and tab name rows need to be mirrored. The icon moves to the right. The left padding for the tab row moves to the right.
This works properly now, most likely due to bug 1442807 and bug 1442832. Please re-open if there are still issues.
