1270988 - Server tab tooltip should not /whois the server

STR:
1. Set up an IRC account
2. Show messages from the server (under account settings, advanced options)
3. Connect to the server
4. Once the server message tab shows up, hover the mouse over the tab (not the tabpanel, the actual tab)
5. Wait until tooltip pops up

Expected results:
The full name of the server or something

Actual results:
Expected results, plus a message in the content area:

belew.mozilla.org
3:13:09 PM - belew.mozilla.org: belew.mozilla.org is not online.
3:13:09 PM - belew.mozilla.org: There was no nickname: belew.mozilla.org
