Presently, View | Pretty Print allows you to print single functions.
Double-click the function name in the Script View, and the function
is pretty-printed in the Source View.

However, it would be nice if we could double-click the *file name*
in the Script View, and get the whole file pretty-printed at once -

You should be able to double click the __toplevel__ function to pretty print the
whole thing. I'll make this more seamless later.

on the trunk, you may beed to set a breakpoint in the toplevel script, and
pretty print it from there.

On the venkman branch, I hold on to the pretty printed toplevel script when it
is created to avoid the breakpoint.
