Source shows: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"><html><head><title></title></head><body></body></html> Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on a file on desktop, or file manager. 2. 3. Actual Results: Browser opens, with no content. Expected Results: Content in browser window.
