Display recipe history and allow users to select a revision => view it in the edit form => save recipe by rolling back to this revision

I almost want to suggest that maybe we don't want to support reverting to old versions in the UI due to bug 1264523. We were only ever asked to provide a history of changes anyway.

1.  View history ++
2.  Rollback one:  0+, mechanism can (should) have these semantics (forward only.  same code, reverse diff, new version)
3.  Rollback to old version:  claim, not needed, if 2 is implemented.  

(basic idea, this is not needed, and every change is new change, even if it is "code identical" to a previous state)
