Eslint needs to be configured to handle react/jsx. Can build off of shared config here: https://github.com/mozilla/eslint-config-normandy

Eslint config needs the react plugin and jsx: true. Here's a copy of the eslint I originally created before I was aware of the shared eslint-config-normandy: https://github.com/brittanystoroz/normandy/blob/42df000c8be9a2c28b09a207dbb1ae31ecafa3bc/.eslintrc.js
