What did you do? ================ Moved a bunch of pages What happened? ============== Saw a spam attempt recorded in my inbox for all of them. Example: * SPAM ATTEMPT * Title: B2G OS documentation status [NEW] Slug: MDN/Doc_status/B2G_OS Detected at: 2016-05-09 13:01:28.202688+00:00 Admin link: https://developer.mozilla.org/admin/wiki/documentspamattempt/726/ * USER * Name: fscholz ID: 70 Joined at: 2009-12-31 11:21:04+00:00 Profile link: https://developer.mozilla.org/zh-TW/profiles/fscholz Admin link: https://developer.mozilla.org/admin/users/user/70/ * DOCUMENT * The spam attempt doesn't have a document attached What should have happened? ========================== No spam attempt recorded when moving pages. Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== Page moves can only performed by trusted users, so I guess there is no need to check for spam here.

summary of paper cut review: We'll go with bypassing Akismet submission for page moves, since these pages will have been approved the first time around and page moves can only be performed by trusted users.

With the current Akismet code, page moves are not submitted to Akismet.
