All favicons and some bookmarks dissapear after adding some bookmarks

Steps to reproduce:

Updating to Firefox 46.0 and 46.0.1 (45.0.2 is ok) on Windows 7x64 Pro and Windows 8.1x64 Pro
Adding 1-4 new bookmarks (the effect does not come on every adding) with "Add Bookmarks Here"


Actual results:

After that all favicons disappear. Additionally one or some subtrees of my bookmarks are erased too (I have about 3750 bookmarks). By repeating it, the subtrees which are erased, change.

nothing
