So we can do various integrations, our Jenkins instance needs to be public. Some of the old ansible jobs need to be deleted as they contain old keys. After that we should be able to do this by just adding the public, production tags in consul.
It's more secure to add an elb in front of the admin node and expose jenkins that way instead of giving the cluster access. PR opened here https://github.com/mozilla/partinfra-terraform/pull/13
