Details

Karma tests run with `karma start` locally. Let's get these integrated into circleci
The hard part here is that Karma will need to run in the Docker container, and we don't have any browsers in the Docker container. I think we might be able to use the capture feature of Karma to attach a browser running outside to tests running inside.
Working CI is very important. We should do this soon.
