I'm pretty sure you're not using es-ES, but other es-* variant. Could you please check it? To do so, go to the preferences/options, Advanced Panel, General tab, and click the bottom right "Editor de configuración" button. Accept the warning in the pop up window and filter by "general.useragent.local". It will show a single preference with the language variant.
No answer after one month, so closing as incomplete.

I attach the screen I have in preferences... es-ES
Definitely, that typo is not in a recent Thunderbird es-ES localization, and I'm pretty sure it is not in any of the other es-* variants. It may be one of these things:

1) You have a really old Thunderbird version. We haven't used "click" for ages in Spanish; instead we use "clic". Check your version and, if needed, update it. We can't fix localization in old releases.

2) The string you're marking is not part of Thunderbird itself, but of an add-on. Try restarting Thunderbird with add-ons disabled and see if the string goes away. If so, re-enable add-ons one by one until you see the string again. Then, you will know which add-on has the problem; contact the extension author so he can request his localizers to fix it.
