I am changing Several bugs at once and reopening the bugs from closed state. 
Getting the bugs processed with the error message. Please look below.

Did you have any bugs selected?  I'm pretty sure this is because you didn't
check any boxes before you hit submit.  If that's the case, this is a dupe of
bug 90333 (which is fixed in cvs)

no response from reporter, assuming this is the case.  If not, please clarify
what you do to reproduce the problem and reopen.
