Exact scope still TBD. Likely considerations:

* Things that fit well with (or are impacted by) the upcoming Anniversary Update (http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-anniversary-update-features)
* Incremental improvements to Tablet Mode support
* Notable theme-related issues (eg bug 1196266 and dark mode support)
* Other new or existing significant bugs under bug 1077146 that we didn't get to with focused work when Windows 10 was first launched last summer.

[Also, we'll want to revisit how we track Windows 10 work. We should be focusing on it more frequently than once a year, so either as a rolling sequence of cluster bugs or a small team that works on it continuously. The relevance here being how we scope the work for both this bug and future followups.]
