Apprunner crash when I set the show toolbar as picture only and then set it
to text only or vise versa in Edit>Preference

M9 also didn't change the toolbar to picture only or text only when selected.

Yep, that crashes allright.  And not just on Windows.

Matt, is this our bug or some kind of libpref or toolkit issue?

I know it crashes in libpref.
I can't make it crash with the gfx widgets turned on.

I'm using win95 M9 build 82412 and couldn't reproduce. Here's what I did:

1. Launch apprunner
2. Open Edit - Preferences
3. Change Show Toolbars as to Pictures Only
4. Select OK
5. Open Edit - Preferences again
6. Change Show Tollbars as to Text Only
7. Select OK
