Details

When using the wheel on top of widgets like the list or the browser itself, it should scroll the widget the mouse is over not the widget that is currently in focus.

Is this bug still exists? And if so, reporter, please, give us steps to reproduce or example.
Maybe it should, but this is not how Windows works.
