I had some general comments I wanted to make on a review today, so I opened the "finish review" dialog.  Then I realized that I wanted to actually look at the patch while I was making these comments.

With Splinter, the bug link is present in the review interface at all times, so I could have just clicked that to open in a new tab.  With RB, I have to close the dialog, click, reopen the dialog...which is all relatively slow.  The "finish review" dialog tells me the bug number; I think that bug number should be linkified so that I have access to it if necessary.

This request is similar in spirit to bug 1248013, I think.
For clarification: this is the bug number in the upper-right hand corner of the "finish review" dialog.
