Cropped image of scroll bar artifacts
When scrolling, the ends get cut off the scrollbar and artifacts are left behind.
Build: 2002022108
OS: Mac OS X 10.1.3
I will attach a screentshot.

This was happening to me as well yesterday with the 2002022108 build on Mac OS
X. It seems to be behaving better in the 2002022208 build today though.
