Err, nevermind. I was confusing myself because I was removing everything b2g from release branches, where there were a lot more Aries builds spread across both base_jobs.yml and m-c/job_flags.yml than just the one opt+eng and one debug that are currently on trunk.
Emulators have been moved to tier 3.
