Please provide CPU usage by tab (e.g. a Firefox top)

>> Description of feature, or problem to be solved
Every now and then Firefox takes over the CPU, slowing down or even going unresponsive, usually also impacting the system performances. This is usually caused by a single tab going rogue with buggy scripts or awkward media. For users that keep a good number of tabs open the only practical way to deal with this situation is to issue a SIGKILL or SIGTERM to the Firefox process.

It would be far more convenient if Firefox was able to produce simple CPU usage statistics by tab. The sort of information one gets using top or htop for system processes, but broken down by tab.
