Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Nightly on Ubuntu 15.10 64-bit (or 14.04, 16.04)
2. Go to any sites (e.g. about:home)
3. Open DevTools with Dark theme
4. Open Inspector > computed view
5. Mouse over on browser-style-checkbox
Actual results:
browser-style-checkbox color turns more dark.
Expected results:
Do not use hover action to browser-style-checkbox.
