On desktop this video uses Flash on Chrome and m3u8 otherwise. That means this bug is Flash but we have a more difficult problem to solve.

The pre-roll advert is HTML5 video and is also too small. I'll send it to layout.

I don't have flash installed, so it falls back to m3u8, which I filed another bug on.
