Details

nsReferencedElement is annoyingly named because it makes it sound like it's an interface implemented by an element, or maybe that it is some type of element. The name ElementReference would be less confusing when encountering one of these when examining objects in a debugger, etc. It should also be moved into the mozilla::dom namespace while we're at it.
