1272711 - about:support should link to about:performance

The "Application Basics" section of about:support has links to some other about: pages that show status of parts of Firefox (such as about:memory, which is quite similar).  It should also link to about:performance, which shows which tabs are currently using CPU.  (I think it currently does Javascript usage only, but hopefully we'll add layout usage as well.)

Steps to reproduce:
 1. type "about:support" in the URL bar
 2. look at the "Application Basics" section

I have reproduced this bug on Nightly 49.0a1 (2016-05-13) (Build ID: 20160513030539 ) on Linux, 64 bit!

The bug's fix is now verified on Latest Aurora 49.0a2!

Reproduced it on Firefox nightly according to(2016-05-13)

Fixing bug is verified on Latest Developer Edition--Build ID:( 20160630004007 ), User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

This requested is now appearing on latest version.

Tested OS-- Windows10 32bit
