Once we move to displaying the bug modal form as the default form, I personally feel it should then be part of the core code and no longer an extension. Core code is treated more as 1st class citizen than extensions and as we all know, extensions come with some overhead when executing. This could also make it easier to port upstream when that work is done. dkl
