STR:
 1. Go to https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-style-spec/
 2. Scroll down in the sidebar. (It seems to work the first time you try it.)
 3. Try to scroll the sidebar back up.

Scrolling over the sidebar scrolls the root scrollable (the page itself) instead.
