I have tested your issue on latest FF release (46.0.1), latest Nightly build (20160518030234) and managed to reproduce it. I have opened the provided link and the large spinner is forever spinning. This issue occurs on CTRL + R, CRTL + SHIFT + R, sometimes even on F5.

I can't reproduce this on Windows 10 with the latest nightly. Was this only intermittent? Or maybe a site problem?
Flags: needinfo?(alice0775)
(Also WFM in OSX and Win 10 and Ubuntu VMs)

Yes, it is intermittent on Nightly49.0a1.

> Or maybe a site problem?

Maybe.

I wonder if this is a localized issue (ie. not happening in certain countries). Regardless -- and unfortunately -- I don't think we're going to get anywhere without it being reproducible.
