User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID: 20160512003946 Steps to reproduce: After updating a machine to Fedora-24 beta (was on F23 previously), Firefox-47b5 scrollbars are broken. While normal GTK3 applications show very thin scrollbars, firefox reserves the width of a normal scrollbar, but doesn't actually seem to draw useful information into it (like a gripper). I've tried different themes, while a gripper is visible with some of them it always seems kind of broken.

Works fine in 46.0.1 but breaks in 47.0 and 48.0. This issue is breaking scrollbars completely and thus should not be shipped. PS: I haven't used the tracking flags yet, I might be using it wrongly. Please correct me if I do. I just wanted to mark this issue as "block 47.0 release".
